Business days are Monday through Friday. Weekends are Saturday and Sundays. Orders are placed for shipment within 24 hrs. of confirmation of payment. Orders placed on the weekend will be placed into our system on the following Monday for shipment. Statutory holidays are observed. Orders are generally filled within 48 - 72 hours. However, we do ask that you allow 2 weeks for delivery. Cancellations must be made before the order ships. If the product has not shipped, a refund will be issued by the same method of payment the order was originally charged. Cancellations placed after orders are shipped are not subject for refunds. Do not order the product if you are not willing to accept delivery. Cancellations placed before shipping are subject to an 8% PayPal order/refund fee. This covers the fees charged to us by PayPal.
