 We were at the Holistic World Expo

 "It worked wonders with my first wash of the cloth diapers, but the second time I washed them with it, it wasn't as good.  I wonder if the first time it worked in conjunction with soap residue in the diapers and in the machine.  Whereas the second time the machine and diapers had no soap residue. I now clean the diapers in hot water with the soap nut concoction, and it seems to do a good job.  It doesn't work as well in cold water.  The diapers are definitely nice and soft .. and I do not use fabric softner in the dryer."
